 Felicia Walker M.Ed, Ed.S., served 8 years as a Senior Instructional Facilitator at Talent Development Secondary (formerly of Johns Hopkins University- School of Education).  She has over 20 years of experience in the field of education, in the areas of curriculum & instruction development, school transformation, teacher-teaming, multi-tiered student supports and drop-out prevention.  She has held the positions of high school math and science teacher, off campus learning center liaison, principal, executive director, regional director, and field manager.  

Mrs. Walker's training experience includes providing needs assessments to assist organizations with improving their climate and culture.  She plans annual training sessions for multiple organizations and school districts across the United States.  She participates in multiple projects applying her expertise in analyzing data to inform instructional decision-making.  Felicia's technical assistance includes creating new strategies for supporting the implementation of early warning intervention and monitoring systems to identify and support at-risk students at the state, district, and school levels.  She has served and provided technical assistance to school districts in multiple cities and states.
